Online orders may not be returned for full refund. Please contact the store directly if you would like to make an exchange - customer is responsible for return shipping charges - this will be offset with a $15 e-gift card. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

At ROAM, we like to believe that we supply only quality products. That being said, sometimes issues will arise with your purchase. We are more than happy to handle your warranty for you. This will be at a minimum cost of $50 shipping and handling for any item purchased at ROAM or on the roamshop.com site and a minimum of $75 shipping and handling for items purchased with another retailer. Please note: we will only honour Darn Tough exchanges to socks purchased from us within the last three years. We are happy to warranty your socks for you at a cost of $10. You must be able to present a receipt of purchase for your warranty.
